Day 11: The way is the aim

Der Sinn dieses Tages ist, von Holili
nach Arusha weiter zu fahren. So direkt aber auch wieder nicht... wir
machen einen Umweg zum Elternhaus von Sr. Betty. Dort treffen wir die
ganze Familie, die sich zum Gedenken an den ersten Todestag der
Mutter beim Grab zu einer Heiligen Messe versammeln. Auch das ganze
Dorf ist da.
The sense of this day is to transfer
from Holili to Arusha. But not so direct – that's not our way! We
take a detour to the family of Sr. Betty. There we meet the whole
family – the sisters and brothers, grandchildren,... and the people
of the small village. They came together because of the rememberance
of the first year of the death from the mother. They celebrate a Holy
Mass and afterwards a meal and a party.

Am weiteren Weg zum Ziel konnten wir
noch einen weiteren Blick auf die Schönheit Afrikas werfen.
On our continued journey we could see
again more of Africans beautiful landscape.
